At the Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture I curated exhibitions on themes including home stitching, suburban gardening and female designers of the 1950s.
I've curated, planned and delivered a number of projects which brought creative practitioners together with museum collections for inspiration. Examples include the Hasler Gallery and Katagami in Practice.
I secured funding from Art Fund for a project which employed students to work on the museum's social media output.
I worked with former colleague Dr Jill Stewart to devise a walking tour for students, encouraging them to learn from looking at their local area, and this will become a contribution to the Creative History in the Classroom series for History
As Events Secretary for the Wallpaper History Society I help to curate a programme of online and in person events.
My curatorial practice at the Museum of Domestic Design and Architecture involved developing collections and ensuring that they were made available to students and the public through suitable storage and conservation.
I'm available for exhibition research, collections consultancy, and other projects which bring together my knowledge of collections and public engagement.
